Stourbridge based Imageplay Photographic is run by award winning professional wedding photographer Simon Hastings LRPS, LBPPA, BA(hons), bringing the highest standard of professional digital wedding photography services to the West Midlands and surrounding regions.

Simon first studied photography under tutor Mike Pickering at Alsager College, now part of Manchester Metropolitan University, in the early 1980s. Since graduating with a BA(hons)in 1985 Simon has maintained a passionate interest in photography of all kinds, but particularly documentary/reportage photography, following the work of masters like Robert Cappa and Erich Hartmann. Alongside his commercial work Simon has produced a number of documentary studies of musicians, actors and dancers through his long connection with the world of stage performance. As documentary style work has become increasingly popular in modern social photography, incorporating a love of reportage into his wedding, portrait and other photographic work has been a process of natural synergy for Simon. Working from his base in Stourbridge, West Midlands, simon is proud to offer his skills to you in the tasteful documentation of each aspect of your special day, producing a series of timeless images, which will be precious to you now and for years to come.
